The APA 2022 Aloha ‘Goose at the Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum will be a stellar celebration of letterpress not to miss!
The weekend will be full of engaging presentations, workshops, demonstrations, tours, and wonderful fellowship with our community of letterpress enthusiasts, practitioners and typographic nuts.
The Aloha Theme is in honor of our recently departed members,
Dave Peat and Gregory Walters
Both were taller-than-life inspirational members who were at the core of what APA is all about. They both lived and breathed this hobby and passion of letterpress printing and were tireless in inspiring the rest of us. They loved APA and the people who made up the membership over the decades, and they also both loved Hamilton.
In their honor, we will be having an Aloha ‘Goose
Banquet on Saturday evening.
Since the two of them would always show up at every Wayzgoose over the years in MATCHING Hawai’ian shirts, you are encouraged to join in the spirit of saluting our departed friends, Dave & Greg, by wearing your favorite Hawai’ian shirt to the Saturday banquet. Bonus ticket in the raffle for those who wear matching shirts with another APA member!
Attendees are encouraged to print a special keepsake for the Wayzgoose. They can mail in advance (preferred) to the Hamilton Wood Type Museum or bring with them. Please print at least 100.
